Dixita works for Silver Line Windows, LLC at their North Brunswick location as an HR Supervisor. The plant employs 1700 and runs almost 24/7. Part of Dixita’s work has included developing, deploying and managing various initiatives which have directly impacted the organization in a positive way. Specifically, some of these initiatives have had a direct impact on key metrics of the business, such as: improving retention, lowering turnover and employee recognition.
Dixita is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a Masters in Human Resources Management. She also has an MBA in marketing from India, her birthplace. Dixita possesses a strong understanding of business practices, data analytics and Human Capital Management. Dixita spearheaded the creation of business practices, data analytics which are now being presented to senior management to provide them with a clear picture of the impact strategic HR initiative can have on a business bottom line. Dixita is very passionate about the work and enjoys helping employees reach their development foals and ensuring HR practices within the organization are aligned with both company foals and positive outcomes for the employees.
