She specializes in developing strong and lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates leading to overall organizational success. Lois understands the positive business impact of building brand awareness and has initiated programs that support positive customer and candidate experiences. In her current role, Lois oversees employee relations, talent acquisition and development, policy/contract writing and administration, and supports total rewards initiatives. Prior to Delta Dental, Lois provided HR guidance and support for 60+ newspaper publications including The New York Times, USA Today, The Boston Globe and The Wall Street Journal through her work with Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc.
Lois serves as an Advisory Board Member of Oasis, a haven for women and children in Paterson New Jersey. She was the Vice President of Membership for Morris County SHRM 2013 through 2015 and the President from 2015 through 2017. Lois received her Bachelor of Science degree from Douglass College at Rutgers University. In her spare time, Lois volunteers in the local community with her trained therapy dogs, Beauregard and Liberty.
