Rebecca Brabant is the head of early in career and development for all talent management at Johnson & Johnson. She is responsible for global talent development inclusive of education, experience and exposure content for early in career, professional, and all employees. Rebecca began her career in public policy and education at a non-governmental organization affiliated with the United Nations. She joined Johnson & Johnson in 2011 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources across generalist, compensation and benefits, talent management, and diversity and inclusion areas.
Rebecca earned a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Asian Studies from Scripps College, and a Language Certificate in Mandarin from Heilongjiang University.
