Andrew currently leads the RB (Reckitt Benckiser) HR team at the Belle Mead, NJ manufacturing site where the essential Lysol Disinfectant Spray product is being produced around the clock. In this role, he has been challenged with leading the team through the uncertainty with COVID-19, staffing the team to support the unprecedented product demand and driving customized L&D initiatives to set up manufacturing in the coming years for success. Prior to RB, Andrew successfully led HR initiatives and teams at Andersen Windows, Revolution Foods and MTF Biologics. He’s been fortunate enough to consistently be in a position to support record-breaking growth at the companies he’s supported.
