Chandni Patel is currently the Staffing Team Leader for the Central Jersey market, hiring Tier I warehouse associates at Amazon, EWR South. In her role, she focuses on the execution and customer obsession of candidates that attend hiring events. Her goal is to ensure that when a candidate sees Amazon for the first time, they are excited and thrilled for their experience.
Chandni has been incredibly active in local communities since college. She graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelors in Labor Studies and Employment Relations with a second Bachelors in Human Resources, focusing closely on supporting those in need of a job.
