Chelsea Baumaan currently serves as the Area Human Resources Business Partner with Commercial Metals Corporation (CMC). She has eight-plus years of progressive HR experience working in union and non-union environments.
While Chelsea handles everything within the the HR function, the focus throughout her career has been on recruiting and on-boarding. She takes great pride in her work and have a championed track record resulting in many qualms quelled to the benefit of all involved.
Chelsea has worked with workers on all levels and have hands-on experience that allows her to connect with people on a personal level. She plans on continuing to work for the greater good while allowing her workers a safe and positive environment to work in.
