Kimberly Mills is a member of the Johnson & Johnson Global Talent Management Strategic Enablement team overseeing Operational Excellence. In this role, Kimberly is responsible for driving new ways of working and creating efficiencies through the development of streamlined processes. Her role includes designing the department funding model, building the internal and external engagement approach, and developing an integrated Global Talent Management scorecard to consistently assess key measures of success.
Prior to joining the Global Talent Management team, Kimberly held the position of Senior Manager, Finance Recruiting. In this position, Kimberly was responsible for overseeing the recruiting strategy for undergraduate, graduate, and experienced finance talent. This included providing leadership to the Intern and Co-op Programs, managing our presence at critical recruiting events and conferences, organizing invitationals, designing the candidate selection criteria, leading diversity & inclusion initiatives, and working with Talent Acquisition to successfully transition new employees into the finance organization. During her time in the role, Kimberly and her team made significant contributions to the finance talent strategy through key initiatives such as the development of the Finance Externship Program and development of automated Tableau scorecards to measure the success of the undergraduate university recruiting portfolio.
Kimberly joined J&J in 2009 as a member of the Financial Leadership Development Program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Kimberly is also an active member of the Executive Advisory Council responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business, Leadership Development Honors Program.
