Jessica Mason is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Eastern Lift Truck Company. In this role, Jessica manages a team of recruiters and is primarily responsible for the overall sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding and staffing for the organization. More specifically, she focuses on Strategic Talent Acquisition, working with key senior leadership for process improvement and implementation of other TA initiatives.
Jessica received her Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts with concentrations in English, Political Science and Psychology from Wesley College, a small private institution in Dover, DE. She also has her Human Resources Management (HRM) Certification from Villanova, and most recently obtained her Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) Certification from the Human Capital Institute.
Most recently, Jessica spearheaded the implementation of a Technician Apprentice Program throughout her organization. The purpose of this program is to attract candidates with Apprentice type profiles as a solution to the Trade Skills and Technician deficit facing the Material Handling Industry.
Jessica likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, especially her Yorkshire Terrier dog, Buster Brown.
