HR Summit Speaker Jessica Lavin

Jessica Lavin is a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity, an industry leader in the PEO and Human Capital Management space for over 34 years. She operates out of the East Brunswick, NJ Insperity office. Jessica’s professional background includes over 12 years of Sales and Business Development experience as well as a BA in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. She’s held roles at both small firms and large corporations and has a well-established expertise in identifying opportunities for growth and development in her clients business’ and helping them to achieve that next level of success. Most recently, Jessica has been awarded the Fast Start Award within Insperity for her level of care and perseverance in helping businesses in her community succeed.  Her favorite thing to do is to help her clients identify and execute HR initiatives like total compensation strategies and helping them to have a competitive edge against their market in order to attract and retain top talent.
