In his current role as Director, Human Capital for B&H Consulting Services, Inc., a VCLS Company, Barry is responsible for leading the Human Resources function, from recruiting through the entire employment life cycle, including performance management, benefits, and employee communications. Barry has over twenty-five years of HR experience in supporting professional services organizations in the Regulatory Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Management Consulting, Procurement, and TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sectors for both small companies and global organizations in leadership roles for GEP, TayganPoint, Intertek, and Quantitative Technologies Inc. He is a graduate of Rider University.
Within the community, Barry is President of the SHRM CNJ chapter (Somerset/Middlesex). He also serves as the Chair of the 2021 GSC-SHRM Annual Conference and Expo Planning Committee, MCRCC HR Committee, and is on the Advisory Board for Students 2 Science (S2S). Barry supports various charitable organizations, including The V Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, Community FoodBank of NJ, World Central Kitchen, MillHill Child & Family Development, The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication (IROC2), and others.
