Michelle Foster is the First Vice President, Human Resources Director at Magyar Bank. She has been with Magyar since September 2019. Michelle has worked in the Human Resources field for over 25 years in regulated industries that have included Cable, Pharmaceuticals and most recently Banking. Michelle is a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also on the NJ Bankers Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, which works to cultivate a more inclusive banking community. Civically, Michelle serves as the Chair of the Development Committee on the Board of Trustees for Town Clock CDC, which is an organization that is committed to housing and serving survivors of domestic violence.
Michelle is very active in her church. She was recently ordained as a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens and works in the Youth Ministry. She teaches Sunday school, Vacation Bible School and in the summer serves as a mentor at a Youth Power Camp which coaches tweens on subjects such as self-esteem, bullying and body image.
In her spare time, Michelle coaches and assists those in need with resume writing and interviewing skills.
Michelle is happily married to Freddie Foster and the proud mother of sons Derrick and Devonn (and hoping for grandbabies soon!).
