Danielle Pagliuca Bio

Danielle Pagliuca, Ed.D., is the leader of the  Organizational Development & Employee Experience team at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System. In her role she leads initiatives focused on strengthening employee engagement, developing leaders, and improving retention across the organization. With a  team of three HR Business Partners reporting in to her, Danielle works closely with our leaders on various strategic planning initiatives to help to make Saint Peter’s a best place to work.  Prior to her role at Saint Peter’s, she spent almost a decade in higher education focusing on student success and development. She earned her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University.
