In his current role as Director of HR Operations for GEP, Barry is responsible for leading the operational functions of Human Resources, from onboarding through the employment life cycle, performance management, company culture and employee communications for North America. Barry has over twenty years of HR experience in supporting professional services organizations in the Pharmaceutical, Consulting, Procurement, and TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sectors for both small companies and global organizations in leadership roles for GEP, TayganPoint, Intertek, and Quantitative Technologies Inc.. He is a graduate of Rider University.
Within the community, Barry is President of the SHRM CNJ chapter (Somerset/Middlesex). He also serves as chair of the communications committee for the GSC SHRM Annual Conference Planning Committee, and is on the Advisory Board for Students 2 Science (S2S). Barry supports various charitable organizations, including The V Foundation, Canary Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, American Heart Association, The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication (IROC2), Fisherman’s Mark, and MillHill Child & Family Development Center.
