Vicki Fackovec is the current Vice President, Director of Human Resources for Magyar Bank in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, Vicki is responsible for providing a full scope of Human Resources deliverables, including benefit administration, payroll, policy and procedure design and implementation, and performance and career development.
Prior to joining Magyar Bank in 2010, Vicki’s career in Human Resources included HR Manager with Emiliani Enterprises, a licensed distributor of prestige brand salon products; Division Human Resources Manager with Vertis Inc., a direct mail printing company; HR Manager with Lambda Americas, Inc., an electronics manufacturer; and various HR positions over a span of 14 years with Engelhard Corporation, a precious metals Fortune 500 corporation.
Vicki attended Marymount Manhattan College and Mannes School of Music for Music Education. Vicki obtained her Professional Certification in Human Resources (PHR) in 2002 and was certified as an ISO 900-2000 Internal Auditor in 2003. In 2013, Vicki fulfilled a lifelong dream by obtaining her Veterinary Assistant Certificate from Middlesex County College. She volunteers her time with local area animal rescue groups and the Veteran of Foreign Wars Post in Spotswood. Vicki is also a member of the NJ Bankers HR Committee.
