Steven Rampolla has over 20 years of diverse finance and business experience and a strong record of delivering business results. He has a passion for the healthcare industry and has been with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) since 2004. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of the Commercial Finance operations, including the development and management of budgets and assessing the risk profile of the business. Steve has held several roles within BMS, including the US Finance lead for the Oncology division. Before joining BMS, Steve worked at Becton Dickinson and Konica Minolta in varying roles.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University and his MBA from Montclair State. Steve is also a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He is currently the treasurer and on the board of Elijah’s Promise.
