Kieran Lenahan is the founder of Lenahan Coaching, a leadership coaching firm focused on helping leaders reach their potential by first learning to lead themselves and connect their work with their “why.” Kieran holds a B.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Davidson College with a focus on leadership. He earned his Certified Leadership Coach designation from iPEC and is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Attitudinal Assessment.
A New Jersey native and resident of North Brunswick, Kieran enjoys spending time with his wife and family, competing in team sports, and doing anything involving being outside in the sun! He is a foster dad to a 6-month old with one biological child on the way, an active member in his church, and is a member of the Young Professional Associate Board for Covenant House, a non-profit fighting youth homelessness and trafficking in North and Central America.
