Rachel Cohen is the Senior Business Development Officer at Choose New Jersey, New Jersey’s leading nonprofit economic development organization.
Rachel oversees the Life Sciences and Film/Entertainment sectors, assisting clients as they seek to expand their footprint in New Jersey.
Before joining Choose New Jersey, Rachel was the Real Estate Development Manager within Middlesex County’s Office of Business Engagement, developing strategies for bringing municipalities and developers together to reimagine real estate for business attraction.
Additionally, Rachel has spent over 6 years at DreamWorks Animation managing the distribution and marketing of their home entertainment business and partnering with streaming services to adjust to the evolving consumer behavior. When not in the office, Rachel owns and operates a gourmet cinnamon roll bakery in Metuchen, New Jersey, with her brother, and is constantly looking for another venture to jump into.
Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science from Union College (NY).
