Brittany Wooden Bio

Brittany Wooden, MLER, is Executive Director of Community Outreach and Diversity Officer at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, where she leads efforts to strengthen community partnerships, advance health equity, and build trust in healthcare. A passionate advocate for women, families, and healthier communities, Brittany is also an author, speaker, and doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Kean University. She was honored by the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce as a 2025 Community Leader of Distinction. Most importantly, Brittany is the proud mother of five girls, who continually inspire her commitment to creating stronger communities and more opportunities for the next generation.
