Eliana Fernandez Bio

Eliana Fernandez is a Strategy Program Manager at Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health Company.  She has over 20 years of combined experience working in Quality and Compliance.  She is currently responsible for the Consumer Health Quality Organization’s Learning and Capabilities program.  Where more than 1,500 employees are given the opportunity to grow and develop outside of current work responsibilities.  She is active in Social Media with close to 10,000 followers in Instagram advocating for Mental Health, Motivation, building good Habits and Discipline.  Eliana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from the College of Saint Elizabeth.  A Master’s Degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance from Temple University.  Eliana is very passionate about enjoying life, being optimistic and spending time with family.  She currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Alejandro and 14 year old Son Gabriel.
