In this interactive workshop, Alexa will walk you through what it looks like to create a sustainable self-care habit that will promote slowing down, prioritizing your needs, and preventing stress from overwhelming you.

Alexa Fan is the Owner of Alexa Fan Wellness with a passion for coaching women on creating sustainable and enjoyable systems for weight loss. Alexa has her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Rowan University and is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, & Behavior Change Specialist. Alexa’s personal wellness journey showed her how to go from being 35 pounds overweight and feeling unworthy to learning tools for becoming healthy & worthy. Alexa is newly married, loves playing beach volleyball, and will forever love coffee dates over a great conversation.
