Theresa Richardson, Chief Talent Officer, Withum
Theresa Richardson, CPA joined Withum in 1997 as a Staff I Accountant doing both audit and tax when the firm was no more that 75 team members. In 2011 Theresa became a partner in the firm. In 2016, Theresa became the firm’s first Chief Talent Officer where her responsibilities include overseeing Withum’s number one asset, their Talent. Her responsibilities include overseeing the team member’s life cycle through Recruiting, Human Resources, Learning & Development and Coaching.
