Hand-crafted beer, unique American cuisine and live music is what fills George Street in front of Harvest Moon Brewery & Cafe every weekend.
With indoor dining restrictions still in place, the brewery has turned to all outdoor dining and takeout orders to allow its business to continue during the pandemic.
Harvest Moon is proud to be able to serve its customers seven days a week. There is sidewalk dining available Monday through Wednesday and expanded street dining available Thursday through the end of the weekend.
New Brunswick expanded its outdoor dining space last month by closing George Street between Albany and Bayard streets every Thursday through Sunday. Harvest Moon is conveniently located between Church and Albany streets, at 392 George Street in the downtown.
With live music featured every Thursday to Sunday, Harvest Moon has seen a steady flow of customers that are excited to enjoy a bustling dining scene in New Brunswick, especially during an era when so many other businesses are shuttered.
“We’re happy to say that people love our outdoor dining scene and we want to thank our new and returning customers for supporting our establishment during this health crisis,” said owner Neil Glass.
Along with growlers that can be filled with a plethora of hand-crafted beers, the establishment now offers to-go cocktails and other mixed drinks making its full menu available for takeout.
“Harvest Moon offers a wide variety of options – everything from salmon to gluten free pad thai – at reasonable prices. Along with our beer that is brewed on site right here in New Brunswick, we’re a great and affordable option for dinner,” said Liz Chu, event coordinator. “So please, come out and support us and remember to always stay safe.”
As another proud member of the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Harvest Moon says the networking opportunities that are available even during the pandemic are invaluable resources to businesses. The establishment has hosted popular Chamber events, including our signature Networking Breakfast and the monthly Meet & Greet.
