June-Ann Garafano is an accomplished healthcare human resources executive with deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational culture. In her current role as Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, she brings a high level of professional insight to today’s most pressing workplace challenges. Prior to joining Saint Peter’s in 2024, June-Ann held progressive HR Leadership roles at Trinity Health, a national Catholic healthcare institution serving progressively as an HR Leader in their NJ, PA and CT regions and has enjoyed a successful professional career in various health systems as well as in HR Consulting. June-Ann earned her Master of Science degree in human resource management from Villanova University and maintains a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
