MCRCC and South Brunswick EDC Team Up with South Brunswick Social Services
At the Fall Networking Wine Tasting Event on Nov. 16, hosted by MCRCC and the South Brunswick EDC, the South Brunswick Social Services raised donations for local families in need.
“There are needy families and individuals right here in South Brunswick who find themselves without proper food, shelter, and essential medical care through no fault of their own. Low wages, job loss, injuries, illnesses, age, domestic violence, and divorce are all factors that can result in sudden upheaval and turmoil,” said Ginger Haber, member of the SB Social Services team.
Donated food items are distributed to the approximately 100 families each month as well as the 200+ families we help during the winter holiday season.
