Denise Beckles is an accomplished organizational leader with 20+ years of experience driving strategic development, talent pipelines, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across corporate and nonprofit sectors.
As Director of Strategic Development at The Arc Middlesex County, she designed and launched the organization’s Leadership Institute, lead talent pipeline strategy, deployed an automated performance management system, and secured services the equivalent of $100K to support leadership development. As Program Director, she led a multimillion-dollar program operation delivering consistent service excellence to adults and children with disabilities.
Previously, she led the DEI education platform implementation for the Office of Diversity at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies and led the on-boarding and training program for over 100 college hires for J&J Sales and Logistics. Known for aligning workforce development with organizational strategy, Denise brings a strong record of cultivating inclusive cultures, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving sustainable organizational growth.

She is a life learner and is an avid researcher, who loves to teach. She enjoys singing, dancing and musicals. She and her loving Husband, Gerry have 2 amazing adult Daughters, Stephanie and Vanessa and one amazing Grandson, Justin who loves fishing and Taekwondo.
