In 2005, he moved to Haiti to join a program providing housing, education, and comprehensive support services to homeless youth. Together, these formative experiences built a profound foundation for his leadership philosophy: one grounded in cultural humility, compassion, the power of community, and the belief in every individual’s potential.
Over the past 23 years, Tim has held senior leadership roles with organizations spanning affordable and supportive housing in New York City, substance use and mental health services in New Jersey, and an international initiative focused on leadership development and African affairs. In each role, he has built and led high-performing teams, guided strategic planning processes, managed complex projects from concept to execution, and strengthened organizational culture—all while upholding the highest standards of excellence and accountability. Currently, Tim serves as the Executive Director at CASA of Middlesex County, where he has the privilege of working with a dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and Board members towards their shared goal of supporting children and youth who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect
Beyond his professional endeavors, Tim is deeply engaged in civic and creative pursuits. He serves on multiple boards and committees, including his local Board of Education. He is also the author of a novel, associate producer of a documentary, and co-host of a podcast. Above all, Tim is a proud husband and father of three.
For Tim, success is measured by his ability to contribute to mindful, sustainable, and equitable communities. His relationship-centered leadership, collaborative approach, and enduring commitment to continuous improvement define both his work and his way of being.
