March Meet & Greet: St. Patrick’s Day Extravaganza

Join the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce for our March Meet & Greet on Thursday, March 17th, 5 PM, at The Embassy Suites Piscataway-Somerset, 121 Centennial Ave in Piscataway.

May the Luck of the Irish Come Your Way as You Join the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce for the Annual St. Patrick’s Day Extravaganza. Let’s Eat & Drink as We Meet & Greet in the Hotel’s Beautiful and Spacious Atrium! 

Menu Will Include:

• Corned Beef & Cabbage Egg Rolls
• Mini Shepherd’s Pie
• Mini Reubens
• Mashed Potato Station (Plain, Spinach & Toppings)
• Pasta Station (Watercress Pesto Cream Sauce and Vodka Sauce served over mini Rigatoni or Penne Pasta)
• Chocolate Guinness Mousse Cups with Bushmills Irish Whiskey Whipped Cream  
• Pistachio Tart

There will be a cash bar featuring a signature drink – Luck of the Irish Cocktail 

Includes a raffle for an overnight stay coupled with a Manager’s Reception and Breakfast for two.

Important Attendee Notice

The Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce is requiring all attendees of its in-person events to provide proof of vaccination or applicable proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

Individuals attending Middlesex County Regional Chamber events must either show proof of vaccination or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of an event’s start time or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 72 hours of the start time or a COVID-19 rapid test within 6 hours.
