The Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce Presents “Energy Leadership and The Power of Perspective: How Your Energy and Attitude Affect You and Your Team” as part of the Chamber’s Developing You: A Personal & Professional Growth Series Courtesy of The Emerging Leaders Committee.

Our Program will Cover: 

• We will explore how your perspective actually has the power to influence your performance and the performance of your teams.
• You will understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, actions, and subsequent results.
• You will learn 7 different ways (lenses) to look at any situation and how to apply it to your daily life, and how to recognize these 7 lenses in other people.

Kieran Lenahan
Founder,
Lenahan Coaching

Kieran Lenahan is the founder of Lenahan Coaching, a leadership coaching  firm focused on helping leaders reach their potential by first learning to lead themselves and connect their work with their “why.” Kieran holds a B.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Davidson College with a focus on leadership. He earned his Certified Leadership Coach designation from iPEC and is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Attitudinal Assessment.

A New Jersey native and resident of North Brunswick, Kieran enjoys spending time with his wife and family, competing in team sports, and doing anything involving being outside in the sun! He is a foster dad to a 6-month old with one biological child on the way, an active member in his church, and is a member of the Young Professional Associate Board for Covenant House, a non-profit fighting youth homelessness and trafficking in North and Central America. 

Kieran is committed to helping people overcome distractions and mindset hurdles so they can tap into their God-given potential.
