Support the Hub City’s Restaurants Today
New Brunswick recently expanded its outdoor dining space by closing George Street between Albany and Bayard Streets every Thursday through Sunday.
Restaurants may begin serving at 3:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and stop serving by 12:00 a.m. Accordingly, restaurants may begin serving at 12:00 p.m. on Sundays and stop at 8:00 p.m.
Metered parking spaces on Church Street between George and Neilson Streets will also be temporarily dedicated to outdoor seating. Many other restaurants are also open for business with sidewalk dining adjacent to their buildings and storefronts.
Around the Hub City, anyone picking up an order is allowed a free 15-minute grace period inside metered spots.
