Feel Blissful Wellness is a nurturing sanctuary—a space where we help women, particularly Black women, and corporate teams to activate a holistic wellness journey to release stress, reconnect with the best versions of themselves, and reclaim more inner peace as a way of life.
 
At Feel Blissful Wellness, we embrace a holistic and culturally affirming whole-person  approach, honoring the mind, body, and spirit through four essential pillars:
 
Restorative Sleep – Prioritizing rest as a radical act of self-love.
Mindful Movement – Reframing physical activity as a mindful experience.
Nourishing Nutrition – Honoring your body with culturally connected nourishment.
Mind-Body-Spirit Integration – Grounding in mindfulness, harmony, and emotional balance.
 
How We Support Women
1:1 Intuitive Holistic Wellness Coaching – Compassionately designed 6-week, 12-week, and 6-month journeys to help Black women gently release stress, reconnect with themselves, and reclaim their inner peace.
Corporate Wellness Partnerships – Culturally affirming wellness programs to support entrepreneurs, business owners, founders and employee well-being
Group Wellness Workshops – Intimate, heart-centered gatherings for Black & Brown women’s collectives, EBRGs, and professional groups.
 
These personalized experiences honor the unique path of Black women, offering culturally affirming support to restore balance and well-being.
