The Women’s Leadership Summit, celebrating its 20th year this year, was a huge success as attendees rebounded with resilience, thanks to a great lineup of inspirational women leaders. MCRCC was proud to be a part of this event again this year, encouraging the development of tomorrow’s female business leaders.
This year, the women’s half-day summit was held at DoubleTree by Hilton Princeton Hotel on October 22.
Attendees heard from panelists Kathleen Cashman-Walter, President of Cashman Consulting, LLC; Linda Carroll, Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System; and Mariel Miller, CEO & Founder of The Franchise Advisor.

After a delicious brunch and wellness expo, attendees enjoyed talks from Philanthropic Speaker Jennifer Apostol, Director of REPLENISH and Keynote Speaker, Sarah K. Chaplin, President and Chief Executive Officer of State Theatre New Jersey.
By sharing their struggles, successes and triumphs from the pandemic, a wave of inspiration and motivation captured the room as speakers told their stories.
