Members and guests had a blast at the return of the Middlesex Chamber’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Extravaganza on March 17.
The beautiful atrium at the Embassy Suites Piscataway-Somerset was perfectly decked out in green and gold to spread the Irish cheer. Delicious food and appetizers included corned beef and cabbage egg rolls, mini shepherd’s pies and Reubens, a mashed potato and pasta station, and decadent chocolate mousse cups and pistachio tarts for dessert.
Tasty food paired with a cash bar and good conversation made for the perfect St. Patrick’s Day celebration!
