The Chamber is a not-for-profit agency consisting of over 700 members. More than 80% of members are small businesses and other members are large companies and multi-national corporations. Join our committees that are vital to your business and attend networking events where members meet to make new contacts and build personal networks. Our large and diverse membership ensures that your business networking opportunities are limitless.
Our Business and Education Committee and our Technology Council will keep you in the forefront of many important issues and up to speed on the latest innovations that can affect your business. A calendar of programs and lectures is designed to help you build your business and explore interesting topics such as technology, marketing, and the local economy. The calendar is conveniently located on our website and is updated monthly.
MCRCC is your marketing resource. Take advantage of exciting opportunities and services to help you market your company, including our business directory, event and program sponsorships, and direct mail services.
Through the Chamber's Human Resources Committee, you can keep abreast of, or stay ahead of the curve on timely issues such as: employee trip reduction, sexual harassment awareness training, pre-employment screening by third party firms, recruitment and retention, work/family programs, managed care health insurance and more.
MCRCC is an active participant in the legislation process, helping businesses take a dynamic role in our governing process. The Legislative Affairs Committee works hard on behalf of the membership to monitor developing issues and serve as an influential voice to political organizations. Developments regarding progress on many issues that affect your business are always posted in the monthly mailer.
Many of our members also serve on the boards and committees of community agencies and foundations. We actively build the future of business and the workforce of Middlesex County and the business community is commited to workforce development and is always excited to volunteer and actively promote quality resources.
